NIS concludes agreement concerning Pancevo Refinery: Citizens need to know this!
Petroleum Industry of Serbia, NIS, that is under US sanctions, has agreed the delivery of the first quantities of crude oil that will go to the Pancevo Refinery after several months, Tanjug has learned.

NIS has had meetings regarding the crude oil supply since the US granted it the operating license.
More details about the quantity and timing of the the delivery are expected to be known soon.
The US Treasury's OFAC issued a special license to NIS on December 31, allowing the company to resume operational activities until January 23, 2026.
OFAC previously issued a license to NIS which extended the deadline for negotiations on the sale of the Russian stake in the company until March 24, while the deadline for changing the ownership structure had been February 13 under the previous license.
