The head of the "Aleksandar Vucic-United Serbia" electoral list, Aleksandar Vucic, said today that he has led Serbian policies and that he fights only for Serbia, and added that Russian President Vladimir Putin was right when he said that Vucic always tried to conduct a balanced policy.

"He told the truth, that I tried to lead a balanced policy. I conducts Serbian policies and I think that's fair. And I always told everyone that. Whenever they told me 'You sit on so many chairs', I would say, 'No, I'm only sitting on one, the Serbian chair'. It will be the same in the future. I will always sit only on the Serbian chair. I'm interested in this country and I'm fighting for it. I demostrate friendship even in difficult times, but this country is what I love the most in the world, what I fought for and what I will fight for," said Vucic during his visit to the Manasija monastery.

Asked to comment on a statement made the president of the Democratic People's Party of Montenegro, Milan Knezevic, that there was a plan to assassinate Vucic, he said that there are things he cannot talk about, but that it is enough to consider some things.

"Take a look at where Medenica is and where he is moving... Look at how and in which ways Djukanovic and Kurti make joint political decisions; where there are Djukanovic and Kurti, there's also (Radoje) Zvicer. So, the most dangerous killer, not only from this region but from all of Europe," stated Vucic.

He added that yesterday's signing of an agreement between the Croatian Archives and the so-called Kosovo Archives should be looked at, and that everything will be clear to any Serb who wants to see it.

"I find it interesting that Montenegro can go to Europe with the Croatian language. That's what you want, for me to kneel down and say that Serbia will join Europe using the Croatian language, singing Thompson's songs? You will never hear that from me. We love our home, we love our house, but we have never and never will be 'For home ready' ('Za dom spremni, Croatian Ustasha salute'). We fought against fascism in World War II - to support fascism and Nazism, in its worst form, at that, Serbs will never do that," Vucic said.
