The President of Serbian Olympic Committee made a good business venture by selling the same property he bought ten years ago for 2,5 million dollars

Vlade Divac ad a nice streak lately, especially in business. The President of Serbian Olympic Committee became the vice president of Sacramento Kings at tuesday plus he made a great deal by selling his beautiful villa in Los Angeles for 2,711,500 dollars.

Former member of Lakers and Kings made a great deal because when he came back to this elite part of LA ten years ago (Pacific Palisades), he had to pay 2,5 million dollars and now due to property prices' increase, he made more than 200 000 dollars.

This place has 400 square meters, five different bedrooms with five bathrooms, a jacuzzi, an office and other rooms. It can fit two cars in the garage and the yard in front can fit six. The house has been designed in the latest fashion, and his wife Snezana participated in its decorations.

He decided to sell the villa because he does not spend that much time in it, or use it whatsoever. He spends his time in Serbia where he works as the President of the Olympic Committee. He will not need it when he goes back to Sacramento, Either.
