Another firefight has occurred over truffles, this time a forest near Kupinovo, Objektiv writes.

An unknown assailant shot at Nikola S. (28) while he was collecting truffles.

Several bullets were fired, but nobody was injured.

Merely six days ago, brothers Predrag and Stanislav were killed in the area of the village of Jarak, also because of truffles. D.E. (38) and N.E. (35), who are in custody, are suspected of murdering them.

According to previous unofficial information, Predrag J. (43) and Stanislav J. (37), residents of Futog, invaded a plot of land where the suspects were foraging for truffles.

Allegedly, the brothers Predrag and Stanislav J. claimed that they had leased a part of the land in the forest in Jarak, but that D.E and N.E. often came there and picked truffles, despite their appeals not to do so.

It is presumed that they were caught in the act that day, followed by an altercation, aftwe which the victims attacked the suspects, who are also brothers, using shovels, Nova.rs reported.
