"We will always be ready for dialogue, for compromises, but never for blackmail and threats," Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said.

He stressed that our state will respect all agreements it has signed.

"Serbia always respects signed agreements. If someone says they are not interested in the Community of Serb Municipalities (in Kosovo), then it's clear that that someone doesn't want dialogue. We will always be ready for dialogue, for compromises, but never for blackmail and threats," said the president.

He also commented on the message that the EU has sent to the newly elected prime minister of the provisional institutions of Pristina, Albin Kurti.

"I am satisfied with EU's reaction, but they had to react. We will wait a while, to see if Kurti understands what Pristina's obligations are. Without fulfilling his obligations, he can only fantasize about the nonsense he is uttering," said Vucic.

He said that he is coming under a lot of accusations from his political opponents.

"I'm not a prosecutor, but I have my own brains. You have been putting me on trial for two years, you accuse me. I was the killer of Oliver Ivanovic, today I am the killer of Vladimir Cvijan. I'm supposed to know when someone had set up some slab. Our political opponents are talking all sorts of nonsense," he said.

During the tour of the works on the Belgrade-Novi Sad railway, the president said that he was very satisfied with how they are progressing.

"I am very happy with how the Belgrade-Novi Sad railway is progressing, I want to thank our Russian friends for their work. We will finish all this before the end of the year, and I believe that it will be possible to travel to Novi Sad with tickets under 1,000 dinars. We have already ordered two full trains, but that won't do without a railroad," said Vucic.
