Mia she saw the attacker on Novi Pazar men: "He pulled a gun from his pocket and started shooting"
A spokesman for the prosecution confirmed that the victims were from Serbia, and it is suspected that the motive for the attack was revenge
Three people from Novi Pazar were wounded in a shooting that took place on Sunday in Berlin's Mueller Street, in front of a bar.
Eyewitnesses say that the scene looked like brutal action in a thriller. The attacker fired almost 30 shots, and eight bullets allegedly ended up in one victim.
It all took place around 11 pm, while the guests of the bar were sitting in the garden enjoying a warm summer evening. Mia E. (28) was with her boyfriend near the bar. They were on their way home, when the evening turned into horror.
"I saw a man in dark clothes, he was about 180 centimeters tall, obese. He had dark curly hair. He was standing in front of the bar, and then put his hand in his pocket and pulled out a gun and started firing in the direction of the men sitting in the garden. He fired at least ten shots, it sounded like fireworks," Mia told the media.
She says that the curly-haired man had accomplices, who were standing between parked cars. Other witnesses claim that shots were also fired in the direction of a black vehicle.
"I heard gunshots and I ran out of the store to see what was happening. A black car rushed past me, there were several people in it," Ilgerim H. (39), who works in a bar not far from the scene of the crime, told the media.
After the attack, the victims remained lying in the garden. Soon the police and the ambulance arrived. According to unofficial information, 28 shell casings were found in front of the bar.
A spokesman for the prosecution confirmed that the victims were from Serbia, it is suspected that the motive for the attack was revenge, and that the attack was carried out by Albanians.
A relative of one of the injured told Telegraf.rs yesterday that the target was M.D. He was allegedly sitting in the bar with two other men from Novi Pazar when they were approached by two men suspected of being from Albania, who started shooting at them from a few meters away.
It is assumed that M.D. was attacked over to unsettled debts.
