President Vucic: We are ready to provide any brotherly assistance to the people of North Macedonia

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic reacted after a horrible fire that broke out in a Covid hospital in Tetovo, North Macedonia, in which at least 14 people died.

"I was extremely affected by the news of the fire in the hospital in Tetovo. We share the great pain of the people of North Macedonia, ready to provide any brotherly assistance. On my own behalf and on behalf of the citizens of Serbia, I express my condolences to the families of the victims and to citizens of North Macedonia, wishing those injured a speedy recovery."

The fire, which broke out around 9 pm, was extinguished.

The bodies of the victims have been taken to a forensic center, and an investigation has been launched, reports the Telma portal.

There are also injured people who have been transferred to Skopje.
