The suspect in the murder in Rusanj and his victim were allegedly involved a dispute over a house for five years, the daughter of the victim has told Telegraf.rs.

"He asked that we buy our own house for 80,000 euros. My father had borrowed 10,000 marks from him, and then he asked to be paid back 80,000 euros, " said the daughter.

As suspected, Z.N. (72) yesterday, in the village of Rusanj, killed DJ.Z.(68) using a sharp object.

After the arrest, the suspect was detained for up to 48 hours, and will be brought to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, along with a criminal complaint.
