It has been known since this morning that Novak Djokovic will not be able to lead Serbia in the group stage of the Davis Cup, to be played in Spain, and after it was stated that the best Serbian tennis player will not be able to play due to personal reasons, Telegraf can reveal why he will miss the competition.

Namely, Novak will not be able to travel with the national team because his brother Djordje is getting married on September 12, Telegraf has learned from several sources.

For the 14th time, the Serbian national team is playing against home side Spain, a day later against South Korea, while Djokovic will be attending a wedding big ceremony in Montenegro during which his younger brother will be getting married.

Before that, a church wedding will take place in Belgrade, so Nole will be emotionally in that beautiful moment - but he has already sent a message of support to Serbian coach Viktor Troicki and the rest of the team.

Djokovic also announced his participation in the Tel Aviv tournament, to be played from September 26 until October 2, after which he still has the option to compete in the Paris Masters, as well as in Tokyo, and probably the final Masters in Turin.
