As Telegraf has exclusively learned, Victoria and David Beckham are in serious negotiations to purchase of a luxury villa in Montenegro, which is estimated to cost 12 million euros, and now we bring you new details.

We have learned that their interest in this villa came when the Beckhams personally met the owner of the luxury property in London.

The man is Montenegrin, and the Beckhams showed interest in buying the villa during their conversation with him. They said at the time that his team dealing with the sale of the villa should send them an official offer, in order to get all the details in writing, and to agree on the final price.

Victoria and David are now a step away from buying this house tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

The luxurious villa is located in Donja Lastva, and offers an incredible view of the sea. The villa stands on a plot of land measuring 4,200 square meters.

It was built on four levels that are interconnected by an elevator. In the yard, next to the swimming pool, there is also a garden decorated with various plants, but the most interesting feature is in the middle - an olive tree between 800 and 1,000 years old.

In addition to the living area, that offers unreal views of the city and the sea, the kitchen and as many as 7 bedrooms, the villa also has an entertainment room, a jacuzzi, a gym....
