The coalition "For the Future of Montenegro" (ZBCG) has announced that there is an "organized political media witchhunt" against Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and assessed that this "confirms the high degree of impotence of the representatives of the former regime and their complete disorientation and isolation."

"To accuse Aleksandar Vucic of being guilty even for the holding of a population census best speaks to the two decades of forcible imposing of identity engineering by Milo Djukanovic and (his party) DPS, which disintegrated into smithereens after August 30, and then it became preferable to look for the culprits in the region, while the most desirable target is Serbia and its president," a statement issued by this coalition says.

The coalition adds that at the same time, the "daily directive interventions" by European MP Tonino Picula, former member of the European Parliament Roman Jakic and the president of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj go unnoticed - and they, according to the statement, are "manifesting their birthright to Montenegro," reports Tanjug.

The coalition also assessed that "such preoccupation with Aleksandar Vucic is becoming worrisome."

"Instead of our political opponents thinking about how to reach social consensus about the most important processes in Montenegro, they function in a parallel world of boycotting and being closed off that will not lead them anywhere. And if they really care about Montenegrin independence, they should first condemn Picula, Haradinaj, Jakic and the other 'well-wishers' of Montenegro, then let them return to the topic of Aleksandar Vucic, since they have long since used up their points when it comes to him," ZBCG concluded.
