President Vucic offers condolences to families of victims in Graz: "Our own memories are still fresh..."

President Serbia Aleksandar Vucic today offered his and the citizens of Serbia's deepest condolences to the families of the victims of the school shooting in Graz, as well as to Austrian President Alexander van der Bellen, and the citizens of Austria.

The shooting in a Graz high school left eight victims dead, while the attacker has also died. At least 10 people were wounded.

"It was with sadness and disbelief that I received the news about the shooting in Graz, which took many innocent lives. Serbia feels your pain, because it itself has experienced tragedies the memories of which are still fresh, and the scars are deeply imprinted in the hearts of all of us," Vucic stated in a post on X, adding:

"On behalf of myself and the citizens of Serbia, I express my deepest condolences to the families of the victims, Alexander van der Bellen. and the citizens of Austria."
