Neda Davidovic, 26-year-old athlete from Pancevo, dies one week after giving birth

Neda Davidovic (26), an athlete from Pancevo whose death upset the whole country died from a stroke, Telegraf.rs has learned.

Seven days ago, Neda gave birth to a baby daughter, Danica.

According to unofficial information, the young woman complained of experiencing severe headaches after giving birth.

Neda was well known is the sport circles in Pancevo, having competed in judo and winning several state medals.

She then became a coach, and her work stood out the most at the end of 2023, when the Judo Club Tamis managed to win bronze at the Championship of Serbia in the senior competition - even though the three athletes that competed coached by Neda were 16.5 years old on average.

This year, Neda got married to her longtime boyfriend, Bogdan, and just seven days ago, had her daughter.
