According to the published documents, the offers from 2015 refer to manufacturing and delivery of luxury furniture for Epstein's apartments. In the first offer, marked "Offer 04/2015", the price of free-standing furniture was $244,337, while built-in furniture was priced at $157,123.

It was noted that these are net export prices which did not include costs of shipping, installation, US custom VAT, while the production was to last four to five months after pre-payment and final measurements.

The second offer, "Offer 08/2015", referred to the so-called exemplary pieces of furniture - marble top tables, designer armchairs and upholstered tabourets, intended for entrance halls, living rooms and dining rooms. The total value of the five pieces was $14,622 with a 30% discount, bringing the price down to $10,235.

These documents are part of a larger archive of business correspondence and offers released by the US Department of Justice. In and of itself, the documentation does not indicate that the law was violated, but testifies to luxurious furnishings in the properties that were of interest to investigators.
