President Vucic and Ambassador Botsan-Kharchenko discuss international circumstances and energy stability

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic spoke on Thursday with Ambassador of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Botsan-Kharchenko and stated afterwards that they discussed the current international situation and security challenges as well as issues of importance for Serbia, above all energy security and stable supply of energy.

"A very good conversation with Ambassador Botsan-Kharchenko, during which we discussed the current international situation and security challenges that additionally burden Europe and the world, as well as issues of immediate importance for Serbia, above all energy security and stable supply," Vucic stated in a post on Instagram.

He added that they concluded that, despite the complex circumstances, it is important to keep channels of communication open and continue pragmatic cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
