In an interview in 1926 given by John B. Kennedy, Tesla gave a very interesting statement.

Congress "Nikola Tesla: The History of the Future"

- When wireless technology spreads throughout the world, planet Earth will turn into a "big brain", which it essentially is. We will be able to communicate with each other whenever we want, regardless of the distance. Not only that, but by using television and telephony we will be able to see and hear each other as if  we are next to each other, regardless of the distance, even several thousands of kilometers. Instruments that will enable us to do so will be so small that it they will fit  in our pocket - said Nikola Tesla once.

It's incredible with what accuracy he described today's technology and smart phones.
