Bummer of a nurse: An old lady broke her hip while waiting in the hospital

Branislava Uzunović (80) from the village of Beršić was gravely injured while waiiting for the surgeon to examine her in the local hospital in the city of Gornji Milanovac

Suddenly, a nurse opened the door from the inside leaving Branislava off balance and causing her to fall and break her hip.

Manager of the hospital, Miro Lazarevic, said for the "Beta" news agency that everything happened in the hospital's wing where the offices of surgeons, orthopedists and urologists are located and where there were a lot of people waiting.

He also stated that the patient was standing leaned on the door of the urology service which was not working at the time, but there was a nurse in the office who tried to get out.

Everything was promptly taken care of and Branislava Uzunović was instantly transferred to the Intensive Care.
