Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has expressed his expectation that a contract to build the pipeline from Turkey via Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary and Austria will be signed on September 5.
Borisov said that he is currently working on this very important energy project, which, he said, will ensure a diversification of supplies.

The Bulgarian PM also spoke about a project to build the Belene nuclear power plant, stating that the project brings together many countries, and that many proposals have been received.
"It's an important project because in 10 to 15 years, when blocks 5 and 6 of the Kozloduy nuclear power plant shut down, we will have to have replacement capacities," he explained.
