German Chancellor Angela Merkel sent an invitation late last week for a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
Merkel invited Vucic to have a conversation during their stay in the United States for this year's session of the UN General Assembly.

According to the daily Blic, the topic of conversation will be the perspective and the relaunching of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue after the vacuum that has occurred after the so-called the government of Kosovo was dissolved.
The annual 74th session of the UN General Assembly began on September 17, while the general debate will begin on September 24, that will be addressed by world leaders.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will speak on September 26, before noon.
