Crisis HQ meets: Additional relaxing of measures expected, green light for graduations and weddings

A meeting of the Crisis HQ for the fight against coronavirus will be held today. The media report that members of the Crisis HQ are expected to additionally relax restrictions and allow graduation and wedding parties and other celebrations and gatherings, while keeping certain epidemiological measures in force.

Deputy Mayor Goran Vesic said that the City of Belgrade has prepared several requests for the Crisis HQ regarding the relaxing of measures - to extend opening hours of hospitality establishments until 1 a.m., as well as to allow classes in nature and graduation celebrations, while respecting all protocols.

He also expects a decision to allow, starting on June 21, congresses, concerts, weddings and other public events to be held in Belgrade and other local governments, where more than 50 percent of citizens have been vaccinated, also in compliance with the prescribed measures.
