The traffic police in Belgrade detained a driver, 21, who was behind the wheel of a Fiat Stilo who lost control of the vehicle at the intersection of Jurija Gagarina and Agostina Neta streets at around three o'clock last night, while under the influence of psychoactive substances, and landed off the road, damaging two parked cars.

It has been determined that the young man was driving in the opposite direction and speeding, that he did not have a driver's license, and that the was positive for cocaine and cannabis.
The driver was detained in the official premises of the police and appropriate misdemeanor charges will be filed against him.
