Belgrade Boat Carnival to be held on Saturday

The central part of the event, the festive procession of decorated vessels, will start at 6:30 pm and will move upstream from Branko's Bridge to the end of the Sava Promenade

The 17th Belgrade Boat Carnival will be held on the Sava Promenade on Saturday, July 9, on the part of the Sava River stretching from Old Sava Bridge to Gazela Bridge.

Musical performances by well known artist, concerts for children, educational and entertainment workshops, professional animators will be part of the program on the river bank during the Boat Carnival.

The event begins at 18:00 with a parade of the Police Orchestra, majorettes from Bela Crkva, animators from the Comedy Theater and a concert by the children's choir Carolija.

The central part of the event, the festive procession of decorated vessels, will start at 6:30 pm and will move upstream from Branko's Bridge toward the end of the Sava promenade. All vessels will participate in a contest to choose the most beautifully decorated boat, and valuable prizes are prepared for the winners.

Belgrade Groovz, made up of our renowned musicians, and Texas Flood, led by guitarist Nenad Zlatanovic, will then perform.

The Carnival ECO Bazaar will offer visitors the opportunity to buy homemade organic products, healthy food, as well as artwork, jewelry, souvenirs and various unique homemade products. A part of the Eco Bazaar setting is Master Craft, with numerous exhibitors.

The Belgrade Boat Carnival is organized by the Belgrade Tourist Organization with the support of the Belgrade City Assembly and in cooperation with Belgrade Waterfront.
