Telegraf.rs has unofficially learned that during Friday's massacre in Cetinje, Montenegro, V.B. (34) killed his entire family. As suspected, he then went out into the street and continued shooting at people, wounding several.

The police killed the shooter. He was allegedly preventing an ambulance from approaching the victims before the police shot him dead.
According to reports, V.B. started shooting at his fellow citizens at around 4 pm, behind the Government House building.
The cause of the massacre is most likely a family conflict. The police have not yet issued an official announcement.
