Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia Ana Brnabic spoke last evening with Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and Special Envoy of the United States for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar.

The prime minister stressed that Serbia's goal is to preserve peace and stability and strengthen cooperation in the region, as well as its commitment to the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and the resolution of open issues.

Brnabic emphasized the importance and significance of the full implementation of the agreements signed so far, above all the Brussels Agreement, and the importance of the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO).

Prime Minister Brnabic thanked Escobar for the support of the US in the dialogue conducted under the auspices of the European Union, as well as for the support they provide to the formation of the ZSO.

Brnabic and Escobar also discussed the overall cooperation between the two countries and its further improvement.
