One person has disappeared in the waters of the Drina River near Bajina Basta. According to initial information from the field, it is assumed that this was a suicide, but this has not been officially confirmed.

"Members of the Interior Ministry (MUP) Sector for Emergency Situations are searching for the missing person. They are searching both the water and the banks, one boat and four members of a river rescue team have been deployed," it was confirmed for the RINA agency.

According to unofficial information, the person in question is a woman, her age is not known for now.

The phone number 0800 309 309, option 1, is a hotline available in Serbia around the clock, operated by suicide prevention experts - the doctors from Belgrade's Dr. Laza Lazarevic Clinic for Psychiatric Diseases.

The emergency psychiatric service accepts patients 24 hours a day without an appointment, without the need to present a medical insurance card and without any charges, while the Center for Mental Health accepts patients without an appointment from 9 am to 6 pm.
