The Director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia, General of the Army Aleksandr Bortnikov awarded the former Director of the Serbian Security Intelligence Agency (BIA) Aleksandar Vulin with a high decoration.

The ceremony took plance at the FSB headquarters in Moscow, announced the Movement of Socialists, of which Vulin is the founder.
FSB Director Bortnikov awarded Vulin with Order for Exceptional Professionalism and Contribution to Cooperation between the Serbian and Russian services, a statement said.
