Serbian Trade Minister Tomislav Momirovic and another official resign

Tomislav Momirovic, Minister of Internal and Foreign Trade, resigned today.

His statement reads as follows: "I am informing you that I am resigning from the position of Minister of Internal and Foreign Trade."
Momirovic submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Milos Vucevic.
"I am grateful to President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic for his trust, and the award. I am always here for him and for Serbia," the statement concludes.
From 2020 until 2022, Momirovic served as minister of construction, traffic, and infrastructure.
Also on Wednesday, Acting General Director of the Serbian Railways Infrastructure company Jelena Tanaskovic submitted her resignation.
Tanaskovic's previous role, from October 2022 until May 2024, was that of minister of agriculture and forestry.
