Important notice for everyone traveling during Easter holiday: Roads of Serbia issues statement

The public enterprise (JP) Putevi Srbije (Roads of Serbia) announced today that it is ready and organized for increased traffic intensity expected during the upcoming Easter holiday.

"As in all previous years, in order to ensure the smooth passage of vehicles, work at toll stations is more intensive, the number of collectors has increased and all channels for toll collection and card distribution are in function 24 hours a day, without a pause," the company said in a statement.

Putevi Srbije is urging drivers to use electronic toll collection (ENP) which allows vehicles to pass without stopping, significantly shortens travel time and at the same time is cheap way to pay toll service.

All necessary and detailed information about the state of state roads in the Republic of Serbia can be accessed in real time, on the company's site, the statement concluded.
