The graffiti "When the Army Returns to Kosovo" was painted over in Belgrade on Thursday, but the most ardent fans of Red Star, known as "Delije", quickly restored it.

After that, they announced:

"There has been a rumor for a long time that the graffiti, 'When the Army Returns to Kosovo' was actually done by the SNS. The first such graffiti was painted in Slavija Square by Partizan fans. When they (opponents of the message) started to destroy it, we joined the fight and did more graffiti with the same content. Some people know that we are behind them, and some people fell for the story that these are SNS graffiti. We created the graffiti using our own funds and we will continue to do it," Red Star fans said, and concluded:

"It is disgraceful that despite such a difficult situation in which our people in Kosovo and Metohija are, and therefore in which our country is, someone is bothered by such graffiti. We repeat once again that no politics and no parties are behind these graffiti, only us as a group!"
