After Lithuania, Latvian authorities also banned the flight of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's plane to Moscow, Novosti reported last night.

Due to, as they state, "political sensitivity related to the purpose of the flight" (marking the anniversary of WW2 victory) Latvian authorities banned the overflight of the Serbian plane.

Previously Lithuanian authorities did the same, because of "technical and diplomatic sensitivity."
