Migrant went from door to door asking for help after finding roommate in pool of blood in Surcin apartment

The police and the prosecutor's office are investigating what happened last night in an apartment in Vojvodjanska Street in Sucin, a Belgrade municipality, where a migrant was found dead.

Telegraf.rs has learned that a knife was found next to the victim, who had one stab wound to the chest.

"A migrant came to my door. He could barely speak, and I had a hard time understanding him. He asked me to call the doctor," a neighbor told our portal, and added:

"I told him that I don't know what that (emergency) number is because I'm from China. He went on to ask for help. Soon many police came. They say that his roommate got killed. I only knew them as neighbors."

The prosecution has ordered an autopsy.

The forensic investigation of the scene last night lasted for hours.
