So-called Kosovo is not present at the Ukraine-Southeastern Europe summit, because its representatives have not been invited by Ukraine, reports Tanjug.

Ukraine is the first country not to invite them to these summits.
Greece, which does not recognize the southern Serbian province as independent, invited Pristina's representatives to the summit in Athens, as did Croatia last year in Dubrovnik.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is participating in the gathering.
