The NIS Board of Directors has 11 members. The chairman is Aleksei Ursov, while his deputy is Dragutin Matanovic.
Four members of the Board of Directors are representatives of the Republic of Serbia.
The United States on Thursday imposed sanctions against NIS due to the majority Russian ownership in the company.
