Dangerous weather phenomenon grips Serbia: Terrifying video of driving conditions on Novi Sad-Belgrade highway
These days, the authorities are urging drivers in Serbia to be extra careful because of the fog, which is extremely dense and reduces visibility to the point where it is risky to be on the road at all.
Very thick fog was filmed on the highway between Novi Sad and Belgrade this morning, and as for driving in those conditions, it can be said that it is almost a gamble with one's life.
Since the visibility was so poor, drivers slowed down as much as possible to make sure themselves and others were safe. It appears as if the cars are sinking into an endless whiteness or a bottomless abyss.
A very cold morning dawned today, there was also frost in the central, western, southern and southeastern regions of Serbia. A very thick fog covered the north of Serbia, valleys, basins, and Belgrade.
This morning, the fog was the thickest in the northern province of Vojvodina and in New Belgrade. Visibility was reduced to less than 100 meters, so extreme caution and reduced speed are recommended.
