EXPO 2027 Belgrade and the Tourism Organization of Serbia (Serbia Travel) are presenting themselves at one of the most important world tourism fairs - FITUR 2026, held from January 21 to 25 in Madrid, Spain.

They already attracted the attention of visitors and the professional public from the very first day.

The joint stand of EXPO 2027 Belgrade and the Tourism Organization of Serbia is designed as a place of dynamic meeting, conversation and interaction, which in a modern and accessible way presents Serbia as the host of the largest global event to be held in 2027, but also as an attractive and diverse tourism destination.

Visitors have the opportunity to learn more about the history of Serbia's participation in world and specialized exhibitions, as well as the contributions of Serbian greats, such as Nikola Tesla and Mihajlo Pupin, who in the past had a chance to present their innovations to the world public precisely at EXPO exhibitions.

At the same time, through a visually impressive and content-rich approach, the key tourism potentials of Serbia are also highlighted, including Mt. Tara, Djavolja Varos, the meanders of Uvac, the Golubac Fortress, and other natural and cultural sites.

During the fair, in addition to the presentation of Serbia as an increasingly attractive tourism destination, interactive activations, designed in the spirit of the EXPO 2027 theme - "Play for Humanity" - will be available to visitors at the stand.

With the "game wall" dedicated to the evolution of traditional games and a virtual visit to the future EXPO 2027 Belgrade complex through VR technology, visitors have the opportunity to experience the theme and vision of the exhibition.

In addition, with the "Promise to Yourself for 2027" activation, visitors will have the opportunity to write personal messages, which will be delivered to them before the start of EXPO 2027.

With the expected participation of at least 156 countries, more than 155,000 professional entities from the global tourism sector and around 100,000 visitors, FITUR 2026 represents one of the world's key platforms for presentation of future major international events.

Precisely in this context, visitors and participants of the fair have the opportunity to get to know the country that will host EXPO in Belgrade in 2027 - Serbia, a place where the world will gather in the name of play, innovation and international cooperation.
