SERBIAN SPECIAL POLICE OPERATION NEAR SMEDEREVO: Mega-lab discovered, six persons arrested!
Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Criminal Police Directorate, the Anti-Drug Service, together with the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit (SAJ), in cooperation with the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Smederevo, discovered an illegal marijuana laboratory and seized about half a ton of this drug, at the same time arresting six people.

They are suspected of committing the criminal offense of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.
The police found the suspects in the illegal laboratory in Vodanj, in the vicinity of Smederevo, and in addition to seizing dry and raw marijuana, they also found all the accompanying equipment needed for growing the plant that is turned into a narcotic drug.
The suspects will be detained for up to 48 hours by the police, and will then be brought before the prosecutor, along with criminal complaints.
