Man brutally stabbed in stomach in broad daylight in central Novi Sad: THIS was the reason

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Novi Sad have arrested T.N. (30) on suspicion that he committed the crime of attempted robbery. T.N. is also supected of seriously injuring V.M. (52) from Djurdjevo, whom he brutally attacked and then stabbed with a knife on Galerija Square, in the very center of Novi Sad.

The arrest followed intensive operational work by the police, undertaken by order of the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad.

It is suspected that T.N. approached the victim, threatening him with a knife and eventually stabbing him, in an attempt to steal his watch.

Shortly after the event, the police managed to identify and find the suspect, along with the knife.

T.N. is currently in police custody that can last up to 48 hours and will then be taken before a prosecutor, along with a criminal complaint.

As Telegraf.rs has already reported, the incident was recorded by surveillance cameras. The video below, which is extremely disturbing, clearly shows the moment when the victims gets out of his car.

The attacker suddenly approaches him and punches him, as a result of which the victim loses his balance and falls onto the concrete.

The assailant continues to brutally punch and kick V.M. while attempting to remove a watch from him.

When T.N. realized that he cannot get the watch, he pulled out a knife and savagely stuck it directly into the victim's stomach, after which he fled the scene.
