Seven persons were arrested for their crimes in Srebrenica, and the official report stated the office of the war crimes prosecutor ordered an arrest in multiple locations in Serbia.

- In the coordinated and professional action by the police, seven suspects - N.M, A.G, M.B, A.D, B.M, J.P and D.P were brought to the prosecutor's office - said the official report.

War Crimes prosecutor ordered an investigation against the former members of the ''Jahorina'' training center as a part of special brigade of Republika Srpska police forces. They were arrested under the suspicion that they committed war crimes on the civilian population in Kravice village near Srebrenica.

The official report states that is important to note the arrest of Nedeljko Milidragovic has been made, he was a commander under the nickname of ''Nedjo the Buthcer''. He became a successful businessman after the war.

Among the victims were more than 1000 civilians of muslim religion, whose posthumous remains were identified in mass graves on several locations, Glogova 1 and 2 and Ravnice were some of them.

The Prosecutors and the police are in search of several more individuals that are presumed to be living in the neighboring countries.

The arrest of one more person is expected soon.

Deputy of war crimes Prosecutor Bruno Vekaric stated that this is a very important moment for Serbia in its ''confrontation with the past''.

- It is important to state that this is the first time that the Prosecution is dealing with mass murdering of the civilians and war prisoners in Srebrenica - stated Vekaric.

He also added that this is an important moment for facing the past.

- We have never dealt with the crimes of such considerable size. It is extremely important for Serbia to define its position through the judiciary process as far as Srebrenica is concerned - Said Vekaric.
