Di Marco: Serbia can overcome Germany with this e-permit system

Fund Manager at GIZ Open Regional Fund for South-East Europe Modernization of Municipal Services section Christophe Di Marco told Tanjug Wednesday that thanks to a new software for electronic issuance of building permits, Serbia could become better than Germany in that field.
