The Heineken Lovefest music festival is fully ready to host global music giants in Vrnjacka Banja today, on the biggest stage Serbia has ever seen.

The famous Fire Stage - that will from today until Saturday host such greats such as Richie Hawtin, Joseph Capriati, the legendary Marco Carola, the long-awaited Jamie Jones and many others - has reached an incredible size of 65 meters in width this year.

The stage is as many as 24 meters tall - all these dimensions are incomparably bigger than the stage that had set up for the cult Rolling Stones concert in Belgrade.

As many as 4,528 folding parts, as well as 180 tons of weights were used to build this giant stage, and it has been designed to withstand wind gusts of up to 100 kilometers per hour.

The entire structure weighs more than 80 tons. 180 people tirelessly worked to build it for two weeks in collaboration with Stage Pro and Sky Music.

Organizers didn't spare any expenses when it comes to technical production, either - so the Fire Stage will come alive and gain its full stage design with more than 250 lighting devices, as well as over 170 square meters of LED screens.

There is also special branding, that an entire team of designers worked on for this year.

The 13th edition of Lovefest starts on Thursday at noon. The full program of the festival can be viewed on Lovefest's mobile app, available to all iOS and Android users.
