Serbian coaching wonder to become Dejan Stankovic's assistant in Red Star!
The coach who won the title with Red Star under Slavisa Stojanovic is in the staff, along with two young names
The Red Star football club will get a new coach, and the staff who will work with Dejan Stankovic is already known!
As Telegraf has learned, Nenad Milijas, the legendary footballer who ended his playing career last year and joined Vladan Milojevic's staff will remain. A reinforcement will come in the shape of Serbia's new coaching wonder Milos Milojevic.
This is a coach who has made a big sensation in Sweden by bringing Mjallby from the third to the first division in just two seasons, in record time, which Telegraf has already written about in detail. In an interview with our portal, Milojevic described his playing and coaching days, his start at Red Star and taking a risky career path that he did not regret.
Milojevic earned a lot of respect in Iceland, then in Sweden; he is only 37 years old and has great ambitions, which he will now continue to build on at Red Star. He recently submitted his resignation at Mjallby due to a disagreement with management over preparations for the new season, which opened up an opportunity to return to Red Star.
In addition to Milijas and Milojevic, a new coaching name in Stankovic's staff will be Nebojsa Milosevic, a 46-year-old who began his coaching career in Red Star in 2010, after which he independently led BSK, Rad, Zemun, Radnik from Bijeljina and El Gouna. He once again worked as an assistant at Red Star in the 2013/14 season, then collaborated in the staffs at Changchun Jatai and Riga, thanks to his work with Slavisa Stojanovic.
