At least one person was killed while several others were injured in an explosion at the Neskovic gas station near the Sepak border crossing between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Srpskainfo has learned.
Numerous police, ambulance and firefighting crews are on the scene: it is suspected that there have been casualties. The police in Zvornik have confirmed that one person died in the blast.
Zvornik police spokesman Milan Bobar told Srpskainfo that they received a report about an explosion at a gas station at 10:40 am.
"Traffic is currently suspended in both directions. After the investigation, more information will be known," said Bobar.
Srpskainfo reports that a car crashed into a gas station, which was followed by an explosion.
The daily Nezavisne has learned unofficially that a car crashed into a fuel dispenser, causing the explosion.
Traffic on the Zvornik-Bijeljina road has been suspended.

Zvornik hospital director Ivan Popovic told Srpskainfo that at least seven or eight people have been injured so far.
"There are three of our ambulances at the scene, as well as ambulance from the emergency service. Emergency teams from Loznica and from Bijeljina also arrived at the explosion site. Every minute we receive new casualties," Popovic said.
He added that among the patients brought to the hospital are those with more severe, but also those with minor injuries.
The injured are being transported to hospitals in Bijeljina as well as in Loznica.
Loznica residents are posting on social media to say that some houses in their town shook during the explosion, even though they are located nowhere near the gas station where the blast occurred.
