Serbian Health Ministry issues warning for travelers coming from countries infected with coronavirus

The Serbian Ministry of Health today issued an advisory for travelers coming from countries infected with coronavirus.

If you have been in an area reporting coronavirus infections - with the goal of preventing the infection spreading to the Republic of Serbia, but also in order to protect your own health, you must:

- over the following 14 days, reduce contact with other persons in your household, workplace, or public places;

- if you experience respiratory infection symptoms (fever, sneezing, coughing, nasal discharge, difficulty breathing, and similar) immediately place a mask over your mouth and nose, step up your hand hygiene (wash your hands using warm water and soap), avoid contact with other persons, use a handkerchief when sneezing or coughing, and contact an on-duty epidemiologist in your area by phone (check relevant phone numbers at the bottom of the page for your area).

The epidemiologist you contact will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
