President Aleksandar Vucic told Reuters today, regarding the situation with coronavirus in Serbia and the presence of almost 25,000 fans at a Serbian football game, that the authorities would listen to what the doctors are saying.

He mentioned that our country is recording new cases of coronavirus after reopening, because there is not enough discipline.

"Due to the reopening (after the state of emergency), we have new cases, because we are undisciplined, but they are mostly asymptomatic," said Vucic in an interview with the British agency and added: "We will listen to what our doctors say."

The text notes that the game of the semifinals of the Serbian Cup, in which Partizan defeated Red Star 1-0, was the largest public gathering in Serbia after several months.

The agency states that in Serbia, which has a population of 7.2 million, slightly more than 12,000 cases of coronavirus while 252 deaths have been confirmed.
