Nightmare in Senta, 4-year-old dies after he is attacked by Rottweiler and Great Dane

A boy (4) from Senta has passed away after being bitten by dogs, it has been confirmed for Telegraf.rs.

As Telegraf.rs has learned, this terrible tragedy happened yesterday between 8 and 9 pm in Senta, when the boy was bitten by a Rottweiler and a Great Dane.

The unfortunate boy was admitted to the Institute for Health Protection of Children and Youth in Vojvodina, but as we have been told in this institution, a resuscitation attempt failed.

"The child was admitted in extremely serious general condition. An attempt was made to resuscitate him, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful," we were told at the Institute for Health Protection of Children and Youth in Vojvodina.

As Telegraf.rs has unofficially learned, the child lost a lot of blood due to severe injuries, and could not be saved.

The Kikinda Police Administration told Telegraf.rs that an investigation was launched a little before 11 o'clock because of this terrible tragedy.

"As an ambulance arrived, they found the boy with severe life-threatening bodily injuries," the Kikinda police said.

The boy was bitten by a Rottweiler and a Great Dane. For now, it is not certain whether it all happened in the yard of the house or inside the house, while initial information indicates that these are private dogs, and that the child was not under supervision.

"Criminal charges will certainly be filed against those responsible" the Kikinda police said.
