Terrible news has shaken Serbia! Milica Mrkela, a minor and a Partizan basketball player has been found hanged. This year, she was to turn 16, and already at the age of 15, thanks to her talent, she was included in Partizan's first team.

The president of the club, Bojana Jankovic, stressed for Telegraf that she was at a loss, that there were never any problematic situations with Milica and that there is no explanation for what could be the reason for a child to take her own life.

"She joined Partizan at the age of 14, she was a member of the cadets national team of Serbia, and already at the age of 15 she joined the senior team of Partizan thanks to her talent. She was the future of our basketball and one of the biggest talents. We are all taken aback and we are all in shock. She was also an excellent student, I don't remember any problematic situations with her. No one can explain why this happened. Unfortunately, reality slapped us in the face," Jankovic found the strength to briefly comment on the tragic case for Telegraf.
