The world's top tennis player Novak Djokovic has not included the Masters in Madrid in his calendar, so it is assumed that the Serbian will skip the tournament where he has not always been greeted with laurels and applause.

For now, Djokovic's schedule, as far as the season on clay is concerned, includes Monte Carlo, Belgrade, and Rome, while there is no mention of the Spanish capital.

Djokovic in the past won the title in Madrid three times, but the audience treated him, to say the least, unfairly on many occasions. We can attribute all this to the fact that their favorite is Rafael Nadal.

Considering that Nole has been the champion of that competition since 2019, while the tournament was not even played last season, the Serbian tennis player will lose points.

Thanks to the new scoring system, Djokovic will not suffer much damage because he will be deprived of 50 percent of the points won in 2019, in this case 500 points.

The Masters tournament in the Spanish city is held from April 30 until May 9.
