Israeli ambassador speaks about status of Kosovo again, and mentions Washington agreement

"I want to clarify: when asked about the agreement with Kosovo, I said that agreements were signed in Washington separately between Serbia and the United States, as well as between Kosovo and the United States. I never said, nor do I believe, nor do I have a reason to say that Serbia has signed something with Kosovo," said the ambassador
