Director of the Government Office for eGovernment Mihailo Jovanovic said last night that more than 50 percent of the adult population has been vaccinated in 15 cities in Serbia, as well as that another 20 cities are very close and that this number will exceed in the next few days.

"Only three local governments have less than 25 percent of vaccinated people, these are Tutin, Novi Pazar and Lajkovac," Jovanovic told RTS.

Jovanovic says that 12.5 percent of young people between the ages of 18 and 25 have been vaccinated so far, as well as 20 percent of those between the ages of 25 and 30.

"Young people are getting more and more vaccinated, but that's not enough. Therefore, I once again call on young citizens to respond to vaccination, because they have the opportunity to deal that final blow in the fight against Covid 19," said Jovanovic, Beta reported.

He recalled that yesterday was the last day when citizens could apply for vaccination through eGovernment in order to receivestate assistance in the amount of 3,000 dinars, and that they will have an additional seven days to get vaccinated.
