Brnabic on 2-day visit to the US: Promotion of Serbia as a competitive investment destination

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic is visiting the United States on July 19 and 20.

The goal of the visit is to promote Serbia as a competitive destination for investing in research and development and business centers of high-tech companies.

Brnabic will meet with representatives of high-tech companies and startups, with whom she will discuss the possibilities of establishing and improving cooperation with Serbia and present Serbia's opportunities for investment in research and development.

During the visit, she will talk to representatives of the New York branch of Young Presidents' Organizations, which brings together directors and owners of large companies and startups.

A meeting is also planned with CEOs and owners of technology companies, startups and venture capital funds, who were invited to a meeting with the prime minister by representatives of Betaworks VC fund and Serbian Entrepreneurs, which brings together technology entrepreneurs of Serbian origin living and working in the US and supporting strengthening and development of the startup ecosystem in Serbia.

A visit to blockchain startup Gilded and the US multinational investment bank Goldman Sachs is also planned.
